We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to manage roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll be the on-site contact for homeowners, making sure work is done safely, on schedule, and up to our quality standards.

What You’ll Do
- Be the on-site point of contact for homeowners
- Monitor job progress, quality, and safety
- Confirm materials and keep job sites clean and organized
- Take progress photos and update project records
- Help with inspections when needed
- Coordinate with production teams to keep projects on track
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Able to climb ladders/roofs and lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- $18 per hour (Ave. 40 - 45 Hours) Commission on jobs you invoice and collect (avg. $200–$300/week)
- Realistic annual earnings $55K–$60K
- Health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match
- Company truck provided for work use (picked up daily from our shop)
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
