Roofing Project Manager – $18/hr Commission | $55K–$60K We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to manage roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll be the on-site contact for homeowners, making sure work is done safely, on schedule, and up to our quality standards. What You’ll Do:Be the on-site point of contact for homeownersMonitor job progress, quality, and safetyConfirm materials and keep job sites clean and organizedTake progress photos and update project recordsHelp with inspections when neededCoordinate with production teams to keep projects on trackWhat We’re Looking For:Professional, dependable, and organizedComfortable working outdoors in all weatherAble to climb ladders/roofs and lift 50 lbsValid driver’s license & clean driving recordPay & Basics:$18 per hour (Ave. 40 - 45 Hours) Commission on jobs you invoice and collect (avg. $200–$300/week)Realistic annual earnings $55K–$60K Health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company matchCompany truck provided for work use (picked up daily from our shop)All offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening.
