Case Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish) – Personal Injury
📍 South Jordan, Utah
We are a growing law firm based in South Jordan, Utah, seeking a bilingual Case Manager to support our Personal Injury (PI) department.
While our firm handles a variety of legal matters, this role will focus specifically on personal injury cases. Our client base is primarily Spanish-speaking, so excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are required, with a strong emphasis on Spanish fluency.
Responsibilities:
* Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
* Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
* Gather and organize records, bills, and case documentation
* Provide consistent case updates and ensure a smooth client experience
* Support attorneys and the PI team with case development
What we’re looking for:
* Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong verbal and written skills
* Detail-oriented with a strong investigative mindset
* Proactive and able to handle a dynamic, fast-paced caseload
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent people skills and client-focused attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
* $18/hour during the first 3 months (probation period)
* $$21/hour after successful completion of probation
