Position SummaryThe Appointment Setter will reach out to prospective customers, build rapport, and schedule appointments for the team. This role is focused on effective communication, consistent follow-up, and maintaining accurate records to support a smooth handoff from outreach to scheduling.
You’ll play an important part in driving day-to-day engagement and helping ensure interested prospects take the next step with the appropriate team member.
Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers to introduce services, qualify interest, and determine scheduling needs
Schedule appointments accurately and confirm details in a timely manner
Conduct follow-up outreach to move leads forward and address questions or concerns
Maintain organized, up-to-date records of interactions, appointments, and outcomes
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support overall lead-to-appointment goals
Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
Ability to handle high volumes of outreach and stay organized throughout the day
Reliable time management and responsiveness in a part-time onsite schedule
Basic computer proficiency for updating contact and scheduling information
A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly
Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, lead qualification, or customer outreach
Familiarity with sales processes and lead follow-up best practices
Comfort working toward measurable targets and using feedback to improve
Prior experience working with customer relationship systems (or similar record-keeping tools)
