Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM start with a 1-hour lunch (Overtime as needed)
What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance and service on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver high-quality work and outstanding customer experiences on every call
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment while working to company standards
- Work independently while being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Basic customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Nice-to-Haves
- 3 years of HVAC service experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- Certificate from an HVAC Technical School
- NATE Certification
- Own set of tools
- Basic understanding of wiring diagrams, sheet metal, and refrigeration
