$22 - $30 per hour depending on experience

We are currently hiring an Experienced Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing quality work and wants a long-term career with a respected local company.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
- Family Health Insurance Plan (Company pays 75%)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM start with a 1-hour lunch (overtime as needed)
What You'll Do
- Install residential heating and air conditioning systems to high company standards
- Work with gas piping, refrigeration lines, ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Perform system testing, air balancing, and proper startup procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe job site while delivering excellent customer service
- Represent the company professionally on every installation
Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of gas pipe, refrigeration piping, duct systems, and sheet metal practices
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork
