Job Description

We are always seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team. Currently, we are searching for a motivated self-started to fill a role on our Deal Team. A qualified individual will be expected to:

• Have an understanding of debits and credits
• Cost out each car deal to post to appropriate place
• Break down paperwork for each car deal to send to the bank that’s funding it
• Package together all necessary state documents for each car deal for titling and registration
• Reconcile and pay Gap and warranty products
• Reconcile and take care of any funding differences for contracts and/or reserves
• Post cash in bank daily for all funded deals
• Properly compute salesperson commissions and verify bi-weekly for payroll
• Figure month end bonuses for all sales staff
• Print daily UPS labels for all outgoing mail

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 2-5 years data entry experience preferred but not required
• Automotive office background is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
