- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in dealership protocols.
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so customers can be informed if additional service is needed.
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- ASE certifications are ideal
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Automotive Technician
- Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Extraordinary customer service skills
- Fixing the job right the first time
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to frequently move in and out of vehicles frequently
- Required to test drive all vehicles
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
