Garagewerx of Texas installs premium epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We are not a volume, cheap-coating company. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial flooring systems that require precision, craftsmanship, and accountability.
We are hiring a high-performing Lead Installer who leads from the front.
This is a working leadership role.
You will be installing alongside your crew — grinding, cutting in, broadcasting — while owning the final result.
If you prefer supervising without installing, this is not the right fit.

Required Experience
• 5 years verifiable concrete coating experience
• High proficiency in epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic systems
• Strong surface prep knowledge (grinding, crack repair, joint fill)
• Consistent flake & quartz broadcasting at medium, heavy, and full densities
• Experience with metallic and solid color systems
• Ability to identify moisture or adhesion risks before they become failures

Additional Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable working smartphone
• 2 years towing experience
• 2 years box truck driving experience
• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Comfortable working on hands and knees
• Fluent English
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to our Plano shop
Compensation
$25–35 per hour based on experience and leadership ability.
