Job Title: Installation Crew Member
Reports To: Installations Supervisor
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour commensurate with experience and performance
Position Summary
Installing floor systems and cabinetry in customers' property in Central Illinois - primarily but not limited to garages. Our installers are critically important individuals who want to learn, grow, and advance, and are willing to help others do the same. We are willing to teach and mentor the right individual. A positive attitude and the desire to learn and grow mean more to us than prior work experience! This position will be 20-40 hours/week. Previous experience in floor coatings is a benefit.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Unloading, loading, and transportation of equipment and supplies
· Safe operation of power tools
· Preparation and installation of Garage FX® epoxy & polyaspartic flooring
· Assembly and installation of custom cabinetry and slat wall systems
· Clean up of worksite, company vehicles, and warehouse space
· Possible operation of company vehicles
Qualifications
Candidates with prior experience in epoxy floor installation or carpentry highly encouraged to apply.
· The right candidate will
o Be willing to take direction and have a desire to learn
o Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
o Have the responsibility to get to work on time
o Be able to work quickly while maintaining a clean work area
o Be willing to work a flexible schedule
o Have the ability to lift heavy objects of 50lbs or more
o Have the ability to communicate professionally with customers while on the job site
o Have the ability to work unsupervised at times
