SummaryIn the role of HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role as the primary contact for all Team Members regarding matters related to HR. This may include topics such as employment relations, benefits, etc. The HR Generalist will additionally help to promote and be a champion of our core values as well as promote a positive work environment.Duties· Answer all Team Member requests accurately and timely via phone, email, in person, or other approve means of communication. · Maintain accuracy of data and files within the HRIS System (currently Paylocity) · Assist with Benefits Administration and Annual Renewal as applicable. · Administer Onboarding and Offboarding at the Support Team level for all Brands / Divisions · Respond to VOE (verification of employment) as requested. · Keep all Team Members up to date with communications of all HR related topics. · Serve as Support Team Payroll Liaison with the Brands and 3rd Party Payroll Processing Team · Provide reports, as requested, to various Brand Management, Vendor Partners, or Senior Leadership · Preparation and Implementation of new modules within our HRIS System and other applicable systems · Generate documents to include Offer Letters, Performance Improvements Plans and Warning Notices · Stay educated on various employment laws and requirements in multiple states throughout the US. · Maintain accurate and up to date employment postings at each location. · Perform other duties as assigned.
