- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Greet visitors at the front desk and assist with inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Organize office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient office management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Provide support to team members as a personal assistant for various tasks and projects.
- Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring timely responses.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
