We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Greet visitors at the front desk and assist with inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Organize office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient office management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Provide support to team members as a personal assistant for various tasks and projects.
  • Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring timely responses.

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices is a plus.
