Position Overview
We’re hiring a Sales Representative (1099, commission-only to start) to meet with homeowners, provide estimates, and close deals.
This role is ideal for someone with some experience who’s looking for a real opportunity to grow, earn, and be part of building something meaningful.
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor (starting position)
- 10% Commission on all closed deals
- Unlimited earning potential (no cap)
- High-ticket sales = strong commissions

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments
- Educate customers on our systems and solutions
- Provide estimates and close deals
- Follow up and build relationships
- Represent the company with professionalism and confidence

- Some sales experience preferred (home improvement is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
