Remote Position (United States) - $3,000/mo base Commission Bonuses
We are a fast-growing national lead generation company focused on the fast-growing garage renovation and home improvement industry
We generate high-intent homeowner leads and sell them to contractors who are actively looking to grow.
This is NOT a beginner role.
We are looking for experienced phone closers who are comfortable making volume calls, handling objections, and closing deals
consistently.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Calling contractors (NOT homeowners) across your assigned region
- Selling exclusive garage renovation leads to contractors
- Making 80–120 outbound prospecting calls per day to company-provided contractor leads
- Qualifying business owners and decision-makers
- Closing monthly recurring agreements
- Managing your pipeline inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Following a proven script and sales process

COMPENSATION INCLUDES:
$3,000/month base salary PLUS
Commission on collected recurring revenue
Monthly performance bonuses
No capped commission structure
Commission Structure (per client you sign)
Commissions are based on the age of each client account:
Months 1–2 → 8%
Months 3–5 → 4%
Months 6 → 1%
Client age is determined from the date of first successful invoice payment.
Monthly Performance Bonuses
15 new clients → $500 bonus
20 new clients → $1,000 bonus
30 new clients → $2,500 bonus
Bonuses are calculated based on new paying clients acquired within the same calendar month.
Expected Earnings:
• Month 1–2: $5K–$8K
• Month 3–6: $8K–$12K
• Top performers can exceed $15K /month through recurring commissions, production bonuses, and consistent sales performance.
REQUIREMENTS (READ CAREFULLY)
You MUST have:
- Proven experience closing deals over the phone
- Experience with high outbound call volume (50–100 calls/day)
- Background in at least ONE of the following:
- Lead generation sales
- Digital marketing or lead generation sales
- Home services sales (roofing, solar, remodeling, etc.)
- Comfortable working inside a CRM
- Strong objection handling skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be highly organized and able to manage pipeline follow-up independently.
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based sales environment
- Preferred: Experience selling marketing, lead generation, SaaS, or home services.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
- You’ve only done customer service or retail
- You’ve never closed deals yourself
- You’re not comfortable making 80–120 calls per day
- You need constant supervision or hand-holding
