Our rapidly growing franchise system has been built on an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for a new, in-demand and exciting home improvement segment.We are seeking a full-time, creative Sales/Designer Consultant with an interest and experience in the construction/home improvement/interior design industries and a passion for cars/trucks, luxury lifestyle and everything else that goes into the garage!
Applicants should plan on working a minimum of 10 hrs at our Showroom in Orlando to field calls, follow-up with clients, schedule consultations, work on designs, etc.Applicants should have a valid driver's license and reliable means to get to our office located in Orlando, Florida and on location to clients' homes during consultations and follow up appointments.Responsibilities:
Provide in-home estimates and site measurements
Create designs, make product and service recommendations and complete project orders
Work with clients, pre and post installation to ensure exceptional customer experience resulting in raving fans and referrals
Ensure accuracy of quotes, orders and project details
Pursue business development opportunities to grow the business
Attend trade shows and events to promote the business and cultivate new clients
Assist with showroom coverage when required

Previous Account Executive, Sales Consultant experience/residential in-home sales experience
3-5 Years of Relevant Work Experience: Prior experience in the home improvement/construction industry
Must bring a positive, energetic presence to every sales call and customer meeting
Basic knowledge of residential construction practices, techniques, and methods.
Experience or knowledge of basic design and or drafting software (Cabinet Vision)
Proficiency with computer/tablet and related programs – Microsoft Office, Outlook
Additional Qualifications: Sales Consultants must have a valid driver's license * A reliable vehicle appropriate to meet customers at their home or business * Proof of auto insurance and a safe driving record.
Aptitude test and/or drug screening may be required
