About Us
Garage Floor Masters installs premium polyaspartic garage floor coatings: a one-day install backed by a 20-year warranty. We do over $1.5M a year in Tennessee and Georgia, and we're now building our Orlando team. This is a ground-floor opportunity in a new market where you can grow with the company.
The Role
You'll generate your own leads, meet homeowners, measure garages, quote on site, and book installs. We'll pass you leads from our marketing when available, but the top earners in this role will be the ones who build their own pipeline.
Commission Structure
You find the lead - 8% of sale
Company provides the lead - 7% of sale
Earning examples:
Standard 2-car garage - $2,500, Your commission - $200/job
5 garages per week - $12,500, Your commission - $1000/week
Pool deck / large project - $25,000, Your commission - $2,000/job
No cap. Commission paid on every completed job.
What You'll Do
- Find leads through door-knocking, networking, realtors, builders, HOAs, referrals, and community events
- Visit homes, measure, and present our coating system
- Quote on the spot and schedule installs
- Follow up on open quotes until you get a yes or no
- Keep your leads and quotes organized in our CRM

Experience in home services, roofing, solar, pest control, or door-to-door sales is a plus but not required. We'll train you.
