Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete surfaces for coatings using grinders and other tools
- Apply floor coatings, including base layers, flakes, and topcoats
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment efficiently and safely
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications:
- Must have hands on experience on general labor or landscaping (at least 8 months)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of construction or trade experience preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow with the company
- Clean, professional communication and a no-drama mindset
