Job Summary:
We’re hiring an Epoxy Floor Installer to join our growing team. You’ll prep surfaces, apply coatings, and deliver flawless finishes that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Prep concrete surfaces (grinding, patching, cleaning)
- Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
- Operate grinders, vacuums, and hand tools
- Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
- Communicate professionally with clients and crew
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in epoxy flooring or related trades
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
