We help homeowners turn cluttered garages into showroom-quality spaces. We're looking for an experienced Cabinet Installer who can also serve as our go-to person for warehouse organization and equipment upkeep.
This is a versatile role for someone who takes pride in precision finish work, stays organized without being told twice, and isn't afraid to pitch in wherever the team needs support — including flooring installs when call volume is high.
Key Responsibilities
Cabinet & Storage Installation
- Install frameless cabinets, countertops, slat wall, and overhead/wall-mounted shelving systems
- Perform scribing, caulking, sanding, and final touch-ups to deliver a clean, polished finish on every job
- Read and work from installation plans/layouts; troubleshoot fit issues on uneven or non-standard garage walls and floors
- Develop renderings and refine estimates to support the sales team
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing cabinets, countertops, and/or shelving systems (garage storage, kitchen, or closet systems all considered)
- Strong finish carpentry skills — scribing, coping, caulking, sanding
- Comfortable with basic vehicle and small-engine/generator maintenance
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning a physical space (warehouse)
- Willingness to help on flooring jobs when needed — training provided
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 100 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
