Job Overview

User-Friendly Garage Door is seeking an organized, customer-focused Scheduler to coordinate installation and service appointments, communicate with customers, support office operations, and keep projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide appointment updates.
• Schedule and confirm installation and service appointments.
• Reschedule jobs due to backorders or incomplete installations.
• Coordinate schedules with installers, warehouse staff, and manufacturers.
• Contact manufacturers for order, delivery, and warranty updates.
• Process customer payments, deposits, and outstanding balances.
• Update customer accounts, invoices, and job notes.
• Prepare installation paperwork and warehouse pull sheets.
• Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative duties.
• Assist with Invoices data entry, filing, and office support as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and professional phone etiquette.
