Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Residential & Commercial Service Technician role based in the Georgia and Florida market. The Service Technician will perform daily maintenance, repair, and installation of garage doors, openers, and related components at customer locations. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing field service calls, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The role also involves communicating clearly with customers, explaining findings and recommendations, and providing professional, courteous service. Technicians will use hand and power tools, maintain accurate service records, and collaborate with the team to meet scheduling and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair skills, including experience with mechanical systems and safe use of tools.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve garage door and opener issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including working at customer sites and managing time and tasks independently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, build trust, and represent the company professionally.
- Candidates should possess general Maintenance skills, including routine inspections, adjustments, and preventive service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a mechanical or electrical field is beneficial.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel locally to customer locations.
