Garage Door Technician — Experienced Technicians Preferred

Compensation: Commission-based | Potential earnings of $2,000–$5,000 per week

Garage Panda is hiring skilled, dependable garage door technicians who want to build a long-term career with a growing team.

We’re primarily seeking experienced technicians who can diagnose problems, complete quality repairs, and communicate confidently with customers. We will also consider selected applicants with strong mechanical ability or experience in a related trade who need additional training.

Compensation

Potential earnings range from $2,000–$5,000 per week, depending on your experience, skills, completed jobs, available job volume, and individual performance.

This is a commission-based position. The advertised range is potential earnings, not guaranteed weekly pay. The commission percentage, calculation method, and payment schedule will be explained before you accept an offer.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential garage doors and openers.

• Explain repair options and pricing clearly and professionally.

• Make honest recommendations based on customer needs.

• Complete work safely and meet company quality standards.

• Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and service records.

• Communicate reliably with dispatch and management.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and your work vehicle.

Qualifications

• Garage door repair and installation experience strongly preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

• Professional communication and customer service skills.

• Reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently.

• Ability to perform the physical duties of the position safely.

Training Opportunities

Applicants with experience in construction, maintenance, automotive repair, installation, or another hands-on trade may be considered for paid training.
