Role Description
The Assistant Manager role at Garage Clothing is a full-time, on-site position located in Bellevue, WA. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals. This role involves coaching and motivating team members, managing inventory, implementing visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. The Assistant Manager will also assist in scheduling, recruitment, and training of team members while fostering a positive and dynamic work environment.
