Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager role located in Boise, ID. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving store performance. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, overseeing sales processes, implementing merchandising strategies, maintaining store standards, and managing inventory. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will assist in staff training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management experience, including the ability to motivate, train, and mentor staff
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and staff
