Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the office, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Oversee office management, including ordering parts and supplies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the efficient flow of information.
- Maintain accurate records and update files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Perform general office duties, including preparing and distributing mail, reports, and other materials.
- Act as a clerk, providing assistance with general office tasks and projects.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably with front desk experience.
