Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests for appliance service
- Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems
- Estimate the costs of appliance repair, and service
- Repair appliances
- Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
- Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
- Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances
- Maintain accurate and detailed records
Qualifications
- Appliance repair certification preferred
- 3 years previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is required
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Excellent customer service skills
Salary : $24 - $29
