Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently using multi-line phone systems
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and billing details
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards
- Perform night audit functions as needed to ensure financial accuracy and reporting
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests via phone or in person
- Assist with guest relations initiatives to foster positive relationships and repeat business
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
