Job Overview
We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Directional Drilling Operators and Crew Members. Our company specializes in underground horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for fiber optic installation.

- Drill Crew Member/ Driller's Assistant
- Dig crew
- Plow Crew member
- Plowing
- Drill Locator
- Directional Driller
Responsibilities
- Drill Crew Member/ Driller's Assistant- Assists with setup, tooling, mud mixing, and site prep/digging hole.
- Dig crew - Splicing conduit, installing Handholes and Peds.
- Plow Crew member - Watching the product go in and making sure nothing gets damaged, kinked, or pulled incorrectly, packing plow trench.
- Plowing- Running cable plow to install conduit.
- Drill Locator- Uses locating equipment to track and guide the drill head underground.
- Directional Driller- Skilled professional responsible for steering and bore accuracy. Operates the drill rig and controls bore path underground.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to safety
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Construction or underground utility experience is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL is not a requirement but is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
