After completing my 30 year career in the US Navy, I started practicing in Canton, OH & I’ve loved serving my patients for years. As I start to think about retirement, I’m looking for the right dentist to join our team and carry the practice forward.
We’re a thriving practice with an incredible group of people that make every day run smoothly! Hygiene support is fully covered, and the team here truly cares about doing things the right way — quality care, not quotas.
If you’re an easy-going, hard-working, respectful dentist who values teamwork and patient relationships, I’d love to talk. You’ll have mentorship if you want it, autonomy at every step, support when you need it, and the chance to take this practice to the next generation
What’s in it for you:
- Up to $1,000 - $1,500/day guaranteed pay
- Quarterly bonus (32–35% of collections)
- Full-time schedule (Monday/Tuesday, Thursday/Friday)
- No nights or weekends!
