Position Summary
The ECE department is soliciting applications for a Graduate Assistant position in the fields of electrical engineering. This GA will support ECE’s efforts to improve ECE’s outreach & recruitment capabilities, and outcomes of outreach & recruitment activities. Duties will include, but not be limited to, assist in developing technology-based outreach platforms and preparing & conducting outreach activities under ECE chairperson’s supervision.
This appointment is for an academic year (fall and spring) but continuation in 27/SP will be subject to performance evaluation in the end of 26/FA semester.

Required Qualifications
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Hands-on and working knowledge for the work in laboratory settings, utilizing electronic devices, software tools, and Windows and Linux operating systems
- Quick learner; be able to deliver
- Strong background in electrical and computer engineering.
- Hands-on experience in computer networking
- Proficiency and hand-on experience in Linux operating systems
