Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, education, community development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong enthusiasm for resident-centered neighborhood revitalization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
- Ability to work productively with people of diverse ages, cultures, and backgrounds
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort with digital communication platforms
- Valid PA driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Experience in community engagement, events, fundraising, or volunteer management
- Basic graphic design or social media content creation skills
- Familiarity with Erie and the West Bayfront community
- Occasional physical labor for set up and supporting beautification/volunteer projects
