Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ala Moana for a Client Advisor. The Client Advisor will be responsible for delivering personalized service to customers, cultivating strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing knowledgeable recommendations regarding GANNI’s offerings. The role also involves addressing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and contributing to the overall customer experience in the store. The Client Advisor will act as a brand ambassador, supporting sales activities and representing GANNI’s commitment to excellence and responsible craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Client Relations and a strong track record in maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- General understanding of Customer Needs and experience with handling Insurance-related inquiries (where applicable)
- Passion for fashion, sustainability, and GANNI’s brand values
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or a client-facing role is preferred
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
