Cannabis Production Specialist
Reports to: General Manager & Executive Director
About the Role
Cannaworld LLC is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced Cannabis Production Specialist to join our inaugural team in Alexandria. As we prepare to launch our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, we are looking for a professional who takes pride in the "raw-to-retail" process. You will be a key player in transforming raw material into shelf-ready, compliant products. Following our specialized floor plan and facility legend, you will ensure every gram of product meets the highest standards of the regulated OCM market.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production: Execute the packaging, labeling, and organized storage of cannabis products.
- Fulfillment: Manage order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to our retail partners.
- Facility Flow: Maintain the efficiency and cleanliness of the manufacturing floor according to our SOPs and facility layout.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure inventory levels and product readiness align with the facility’s sales goals and market demand.
- Compliance: Ensure all labeling and storage practices adhere strictly to Minnesota’s OCM regulations.
Hours & Growth Potential
- Initial Status: Part-time (Minimum 20 hours/week).
- Growth Track: High potential for this role to transition into a Full-Time position within the first few months as our operations scale.
