What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traffic Control Flagger position at Ganim Company?
We are looking for reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Control Flaggers to join our team! As a flagger, you will:
✅ Set up, maintain, and take down temporary traffic control for construction projects
✅ Ensure a safe work zone using proper equipment
✅ Communicate effectively with your crew and supervisors
✅ Stay alert and monitor traffic conditions
✅ Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
✔ Pass a drug screen and background check
✔ Work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
✔ Lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
✔ Have a clean, valid Driver’s License (Under 21? You must have held your license since 16 with zero violations)
✔ Possess a valid Flagger certification or enroll in our ATSSA training program
