Requirements:
- Real Estate Expertise: You should have hands-on experience in reviewing real property title exams, clearing titles, preparing title commitments, and issuing title insurance policies. Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and Georgia Title Standards is essential.
- Settlement Savvy: You'll be responsible for preparing settlement statements, assisting with disbursements, and coordinating with lenders to ensure a seamless closing experience for our clients.
- Contract Knowledge: A solid understanding of the workflow and timelines for fulfilling real estate contracts is crucial to your success in this role.
- Independent & Efficient: We’re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of files with confidence, precision and a "can do" attitude.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with Softpro Select, Excel, Outlook, and Word is required. You should feel comfortable navigating a paperless environment and utilizing technology to streamline processes.
