Middle School Math and Science Teacher

Ganeinu Academy is a Jewish Reggio inspired program that is dedicated to providing quality education, interactive learning and memorable experiences. We are looking for a highly motivated Math/Science Elementary and Middle School Teacher and assistant to inspire and be part of a great team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, vibrant and dynamic team environment. Teachers masters is required with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the center’s philosophies whilst following School regulations and National Quality Standards

· Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning

· Develop strategies to guide positive children's behavior

· Build good, open communication with children, families and staff

· Observe and record children's growth, development and behavior using electronic portfolios

· Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe

· Help develop teaching goals for the center and its teachers

You will need:

· Experience working in a educational setting

· Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills

· Sound written and verbal communication skills

· A good level of computer literacy

· A good understanding of the Elementary Years Learning Framework
