Position Summary: This is an exempt, full time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or as otherwise arranged. The Quality Specialist II is responsible for the direction of quality processes, procedures, training, and records. Provide manufacturing support to production, including identification and correction of root causes for quality issues and challenges. Interface with customers and suppliers on quality and technical matters.
Job Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of quality processes, procedures, and controls.
- Read and interpret drawing packages, specifications, bills of materials, and routings.

- Ability to listen effectively, communicate clearly and maintain positive internal and external relationships, reliable, cooperative, with high attention to detail, and work well independently and as part of a team.

Key Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Create, execute and improve quality processes, documents, records and training.
- Develop and manage inspection and test methods for receiving inspection, work in process, first articles, and finished goods using a variety of precision and inspection measuring instruments, recognize non-conforming parts.
- Manage process to address all external quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leads non-conformance and corrective action processes and activities.
- Oversees the making of production tooling and fixtures, and verification.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality function in a manufacturing environment.
- Microsoft Office software programs and ERP programs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
