What are the responsibilities and job description for the Market & Deli Team Member position at Gandolfo Family Market & Deli?
We’re a small, locally owned market and deli in the heart of Los Olivos, and we’re looking for someone to join our team.
This is a hands-on, part-time role in a fast-paced environment where you’ll be part of the daily rhythm of the store.
This position is a mix of customer service and general store support. You’ll spend time at the register, but you’ll also be involved in the day-to-day work that keeps the market clean, stocked, and running well.
On any given shift, you may help customers at the register and on the floor, support the deli team during busy periods, keep tables, counters, and work areas clean and organized, wash dishes and assist with general back-of-house support, restock shelves, coolers, and displays, and take out trash while helping maintain the overall appearance of the store.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, works well with others, and is comfortable staying active throughout their shift. The right person takes initiative and jumps in where needed.
This could be a good part-time role for someone who has young children in school and has free hours during the day. It’s also a great opportunity to be part of the Los Olivos community
Salary : $17 - $20
