Role : Supplier Quality & Materials Specialist
Location : indianapolis, Indiana
Duration : Long Term Contract
W2 Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and draft supplier specifications, documents, and procedures
- Perform risk assessments and evaluations using internal testing data
- Manage supplier quality issues, non-conformances, and documentation
- Create, review, and maintain material specifications
- Ensure timely periodic reviews and compliance
- Upload and manage documents in QDocs
- Support chemical hold studies (e.g., nitrosamine risk, health assessments)
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–7 years in QA within GMP pharma/biotech manufacturing
- Experience with QMS (QDocs), SAP/ERP systems
- Strong background in material qualification and management
- Familiarity with TS/MS deliverables
- Proficient in Adobe, MS Office, SmartSheet
- Strong communication skills; able to work in fast-paced environments
