Summary Seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate cloud infrastructure, and ensure platform reliability and scalability for a fast-growing SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices and AI models.
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD.
- Manage observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry, and Posthog.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response for production systems.
- Develop and test backup, failover, and DR strategies to ensure high uptime.
- Improve developer experience with self-service environments and streamlined workflows.
- Support product rollouts and quickly resolve production issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of DevOps or Systems Engineering experience in SaaS/platform environments.
- Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Solid Linux administration, networking, and scripting skills.
- Proficient in Python, React, Node.js, Java, SQL/NoSQL.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Experience with BC/DR, observability, and infrastructure automation.
- EdTech, SaaS, or startup experience preferred.
