Hardware Sales Supervisor - Pasadena

Ganahl Lumber is looking for a Hardware Supervisor to join our team in our Pasadena team. This position is fast paced and requires the ability to multitask while supporting our sales team and solving problems for our customers. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. The ideal candidate should have the following skill set:Excellent attendance Positive attitudeProficient with Accuterm, scheduling, ticket writing, credit memo, with some Word and ExcelWell versed on cash registerProduct knowledge in multiple categories a plus Research of sales historyWorks well with team to accomplish common Goals Great communication skills both verbal and writtenRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client successExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitudePassion for delighting customers with above and beyond serviceExcellent time-management and prioritization skillsFamiliarity with CRM systemAbout Ganahl Lumber:Ganahl Lumber Company is the oldest lumberyard and hardware supply store in the State of California.
