POSITION OVERVIEW
We are hiring for Kiddie Camp leadership positions for Summer 2026. Whether you are looking for a counselor role or a senior leadership opportunity — if you love young children and thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise Kiddie Camp children in daily activities
- Create a warm, nurturing, and structured environment
- Communicate with parents, co-staff, and camp director
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all campers
- Participate in staff training and pre-camp preparation
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior experience working with young children required
- Warm, patient, energetic, and responsible
- Able to commute daily to Morristown, NJ
- Leadership candidates: prior supervisory/director experience preferred
