What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director of Revenue Operations position at Gan Integrity?
Reporting to the CFO, our Senior Director of Revenue Operations unifies operations, systems, and data to support revenue teams for consistent and scalable growth. You will design strategy, manage technology infrastructure, and enhance analytics across the Sales, Business Development (BD), CS, and Marketing functions. Key responsibilities include sales forecasting, planning, GTM process improvement, systems enablement, and training.
What Will You Do:
- Align and empower GTM teams with improved strategy, processes, analytics, and tools to ensure efficient, scalable operations.
- Develop and monitor a centralized dashboard for KPI measurement using Qlik.
- Support and refine the GTM strategy based on market trends and data analysis.
- Work with Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and other stakeholders to share insights and improve visibility.
- Ensure systems track key metrics accurately and maintain GTM data integrity.
- Own revenue capacity modeling, including sales forecasting, lead conversions, pipeline coverage, compensation planning, quota setting, account segmentation, territory creation, and customer retention
- Partner with revenue leadership on our end-to-end GTM processes and align technology/solutions to the needs, as well as our internal data and analytics team, to ensure trust in data mapping between systems
- Evaluate GTM metrics, streamline processes, and drive actions to ensure accurate and actionable reporting across the organization, including accelerating lead-to-deal.
- Manage CRM (Salesforce) and related tech stack, including system configurations and integrations.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing RevOps function that thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years in revenue operations, sales, marketing, or related fields.
- 2 years of leadership experience; comfortable interacting with all organizational levels.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align operations and extract maximum value from data systems.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a deep understanding of data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and detail-oriented approach.
- Highly adaptable, motivated, and excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Leverage AI technology to enhance revenue operations by utilizing advanced data analysis, generating actionable insights, and optimizing analytics.
