Key Responsibilities:
- Advise private equity sponsors and corporate clients on:
- M&A transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions
- Minority investments and joint ventures
- Other sophisticated transactional matters
- Handle general corporate work and support clients across various industries
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transaction documents
- Manage deals from initial structuring through closing
- Take on significant responsibility with a high level of independence
Candidate Profile:
- Strong grounding in corporate law and market standards
- Solid experience with transactional drafting and negotiations
- Proven ability to oversee complex deals from start to finish
- Business-minded, proactive, and able to exercise sound judgment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $235,000 – $310,000, depending on experience and internal considerations
