Pay Range: $49,500 - $120,000 Depending on experience and performance
Hours: Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and on call rotation
Job Duties:
- Removing, replacing, and installing all types of HVAC
- Diagnosing malfunctions, repair, and maintenance of Hvac systems
- Reviewing building plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand the layout of Hvac systems and ensure accurate installation.
- Communicate with customers in a positive and professional manner
- Work with outside vendors to purchase material and equipment
- Train and lead apprentices and/or helpers
- Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements and applicable codes
Salary : $49,000 - $120,000
