The Stringing Machine Technician will serve as a knowledgeable and patient point of contact for customers, assisting with troubleshooting, technical, support, and product guidance. Key Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting support to customers via phone, email, or virtual demonstrations
- Answer technical questions and assist consumers with proper operation and maintenance of GAMMA stringing machines
- Deliver clear, professional, and patient communication when resolving issues
- Document customer inquiries and solutions to help improve processes and resources
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all GAMMA stringing machines and tools
- Maintain knowledge of hundreds of active machine components, and partially manage part inventory
- Collaborate with the Customer Service and Product teams to escalate complex issues when needed
- Prior experience stringing tennis racquets is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical details clearly, excellent organizational skills, and strong memorizations skills
- Patience, professionalism, and a strong customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
- Strongly prefer candidates located in Pittsburgh, PA
