Role Description The Industrial Powder Coater is a full-time, on-site role based in York, PA. This position is responsible for preparing and cleaning metal parts, setting up and operating powder coating equipment, and applying powder coatings according to specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include masking components, mixing and matching colors, monitoring oven curing cycles, and inspecting finished parts for proper coverage and finish. The role also involves following safety procedures, maintaining equipment and work areas, coordinating with production and quality teams, and completing documentation related to orders and coatings.
