Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Summer Intern – Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant based in Las Vegas, NV. The intern will support day-to-day operations by assisting with administrative tasks, organizing and maintaining records, and facilitating seamless communication between team members. Responsibilities will also include supporting sales and marketing efforts, helping with customer inquiries, and preparing and analyzing reports related to sales and marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with online marketing initiatives, including campaign setup and tracking
• Support social media management (content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement)
• Design basic marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator
• Help manage and process online sales and customer inquiries
• Maintain and update sales and marketing data in Excel and internal systems
• Assist with reporting, data tracking, and basic analysis using Excel
• Assist with website updates and basic web design tasks
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Interest in digital marketing, design, and online business operations
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools
• Basic understanding of web design (e.g., website updates, layout, or UX basics)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, organization, and reporting)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Skills in Administrative Assistance and Organization, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records
• Experience or interest in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to assist teams in achieving goals and supporting campaigns

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with content creation and branding
• Familiarity with CRM systems or e-commerce platforms
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.)
