General Summary: Performs data collection, data entry and clerical duties. Performs duties related to the optimization of the Gaming Arts Operations Department, duties will include monitoring sales order flow, vendor replenishment levels, and other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and summarize numerical information and critically examine for accuracy.
- Access Acumatica to create reports around order flow, service calls, critical part levels and other items.
- Perform administrative functions such as typing, filing, and maintaining detailed records.
- Develop and help to implement new processes and procedures. Ensures that work is carried out to specification.
- Handle purchase requests from customers and place purchase requests with vendors as needed.
- Ensure coordination of activities to meet department objectives.
- Cooperate with peers, managers, and operations personnel and act as a liaison between other employees and departments within the Operations Department at Gaming Arts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to read, write and/or speak English
- Must be able to push/ pull 150 pounds and to lift and carry 50 pounds over moderate distances
- Must have good manual dexterity, eye/ hand coordination, good eyesight and normal color differentiation
- Must be able to follow and carry out specific instructions from leader and/or manager
- Must be able to communicate problems, concerns and updates to supervisor or manager
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Must possess, or be able to obtain, a Nevada Gaming Work Card

- Participates in company health and safety programs and complies with all company OSHA policies and procedures.
- Follows all lawful employer safety and health rules.
