What You'll Do
Contract & Deal Management:
- Lead negotiations for executive real estate properties (purchase, lease, renovations) and business deals.
- Review, draft, and coordinate contracts in collaboration with legal counsel as needed.
- Manage due diligence processes and follow through on all closing tasks and deliverables.
- Maintain a database of agreements, deadlines, and obligations.
Accounting & Financial Oversight
- Handle day-to-day accounting, including invoice tracking, bill payment, and expense reconciliation.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for executive review.
- Liaise with accountants and financial advisors to support tax filings and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments.
Administrative & Scheduling Support
- Manage a dynamic and complex calendar, including personal and professional meetings.
- Book domestic and international travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Handle incoming communications and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Provide general support with errands, special projects, and daily priorities.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in executive-level support, particularly involving contract negotiation and financial management.
- Solid understanding of legal language and business/real estate contracts.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and experienced in handling sensitive information.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
- Experience in real estate or entrepreneurial business environments.
