- Lead strategic planning, scoping, and production approach for experiential activations
- Oversee budgets, timelines, staffing, vendors, fabrication, and technical production
- Partner closely with account, creative and strategy teams to elevate experiences that feel culture-forward and insight-led
- Own client communication, presenting production plans, solutions, and recommendations
- Manage permitting, fabrication workflows, experiential staffing, and safety plans
- Direct onsite execution, ensuring all elements meet brand, creative, and operational standards – including ROS management, show calling, talent handling, etc.
- Produce wrap decks, reconciliations, and insights tied to project KPIs brand objectives
- Guide producers and execution team as needed; act as a steady leader during high-pressure moments
- 5–8 years in experiential/event production (agency experience preferred)
- Experience leading mid- to large-scale activations for sport, lifestyle, or culture-driven brands
- Proven ability to translate creative concepts into executable plans
- Strong communication and leadership presence with clients and stakeholders
- Deep vendor contracting and management skills
- Highly organized, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with fast turnarounds
- Ability to travel for onsite execution and weekend/holiday work, as needed
